Stone Gate Apartments does business in accordance with Federal, State and Local Fair Housing Laws. We do not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status. Company policy, as well as state and federal fair housing laws, prohibits us from answering inquiries regarding the race, color, religion, nationality, sex, familial status, and physical and mental disabilities of our residents and the surrounding community. They also prohibit us from considering these characteristics when determining which apartments we show you.
All applications for our apartments will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Fees must be paid before the application will be accepted and/ or processed.
The prospective resident must show proof of stable and verifiable employment. Acceptable methods will include: LES, recent pay-stubs; a letter from employer on company letterhead; the most recent W-2 form; or, for self-employment, a copy of the most recent tax return.
Individual applicant's gross income must be equal to or greater than three (3) times the monthly rental rate of the apartment they are applying for. Roommate's gross income must be equal to or greater than two (2) times the monthly rental rate of the apartment to be leased.
A credit report from a Consumer Reporting Agency will be required of each applicant. Each prospective resident must have verifiable credit accounts in good standing and have a satisfactory credit history. The resident must also have a satisfactory rental payment history or mortgage payment history. The Company does not accept co-signers or subletting.
